Is your Scout ready to have his own ScoutBook Account?

Posted by parnstein on Dec 2 2021 - 9:10pm

Most Scouts do not have access to Scoutbook through their own ID/Password. Instead they go in through their parent account. Which is fine and allows parents to review materials, find partial MBs to work on and see how they are progressing through their ranks.

Attendance and other items at Troop Meetings

Posted by parnstein on Dec 2 2021 - 9:10pm

Hi Scouts, We are so happy to be meeting in person and seeing all your faces! When you arrive at the church at 6:45pm, be sure to help put out tables and chairs so we can start on time. Then go to the table by the door and look at the paperwork there. One form is for attendance, all scouts must sign in (always bring a pen in your handbook or uniform pocket). There can be other papers there depending on the month. Perhaps a form to sign up for a camp out (sign up if you are going), or to help with an Eagle project, or to help with a service project or other event. Take a picture or make a note in your calendar of the items you sign up for, so you can notify your parents. Be sure to check that table when you arrive and before you leave - A scout is responsible!
