Sign and turn in Medication Dosage form - New process

Posted by angan on Nov 30 2022 - 9:33pm

We will require the Troop medication dosage form to be filled out for a scout who needs it (if he is on meds and attending a campout) and discussed with Mr. Howell or Mrs. Guaglione prior to the campout at any Troop meeting. This way the Health Officer assigned to the campout is aware in advance of any medical history and medications needed for your scout. You must then bring this completed form on the Friday, along with medications in original packaging in a ziplock bag before a campout and turn them into the Health Officer. The medication dosage form is attached below.

Parents and older siblings/uncles/aunts/grandparents are needed to help with the tree sale. Participation in the tree sale requires lifting and carrying 6 to 10 foot trees, and many of our younger scouts are not physically able to do everything necessary to sell Christmas trees.
